Order processing:

We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 working days.

Please be aware that certain factors can influence processing times, such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information or high demand during certain seasons. In these cases, we will contact customers by email before proceeding with the order to ensure successful delivery.

Shipping time:

Our shipping time is generally 7 to 14 working days to European countries

There are some factors that affect shipping that are beyond our control, including:

- Weather conditions

- Vacation seasons

- Carrier errors

Despite our limited control over these variables, we will make every effort to keep you informed using all available information at our disposal.

Taxes and Duties:

Please note that placing an order with us does not cover any potential taxes or customs duties that your country may impose on the packages you receive. It is your responsibility to deal with these charges. If you need clarification on tariffs, please contact your country's customs office.

Important: GRAND VISION OR LLC cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. The timing of the release of your package rests solely with the customs authorities and we have no control over this matter.

Order cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us and we will do our best to help you. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to the rapid forwarding of orders to the warehouse. If processing or shipping has already taken place, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order, requiring you to initiate the return of the product.
